    What is the maximum temperature for lettuce?

    Lettuce starts feeling stressed above 25°C and may bolt (flower and turn bitter) if temperatures climb past 30°C. To keep your lettuce cool, provide shade, mulch the soil, and water regularly. If the heat is too intense, try growing it in partial shade or indoors. A little care and lots of love will keep your lettuce crisp and happy!
