What is the best soil mix for Nasturtiums?

Nasturtiums thrive in well-draining, slightly poor soil—yes, poor! Too much fertility means more leaves, fewer blooms. A light mix of Ugaoo's Garden Soil Mix, sand, and a bit of compost works best! Do Nasturtiums like sun or shade?

Very good seeds

Seeds are big size and good quality. Before sowing I have kept in water for one night. It has resulted in a very fast germination. On forth day it has been starting to sprouts. I purchased before and now again.
